Hi,
This is Robin, we bought a controller from your company.
Model: TEMI2700M
It is mul-channels, about 6 channels
There is problem while assembling the controller.
It can not communicate with computer.
And the message on screen is "communication error".
We download the software and installed in computer,connecting by RS232 port.
Why it does not work?
Could you help us to solve this problem?
