Dear Sir
We have bought a new environmental chamber with a TEM1880 fitted. We need to control it over RS232 and it is supplied with this option. The problem we have is that we cannot establish any contact with the controller and the software on your website only works with the RS485 version
Using the front panel we have set the address for the communications to 01, but still get no response with otherwise correct transmissions from a PC.
Can you please supply any sample files or other more detailed examples of the correct settings to enable RS232 ?
